Roasted Cauliflower

Since there is so much you can do with cauliflower, I decided to keep “feeding” you some more things to do with it!

Roasted is fast, simple and so good! Place the cauliflowerettes in a baking dish. Pour ingredients (olive oil/garlic/parsley/parmesan cheese) over top and toss. Add paprika on top (and sea salt and pepper, even cayenne!)

Roast on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Toss mid-way through. ENJOY!

Try using it as a garnish on top of soup. It looks inviting and tastes great!
